What we know
Pelican Payday is dated 6 October. That sentence is the entire record, and it exists only because the tile carrying the date was still on the grid when we looked - this studio withdraws the date the moment the game becomes playable, and prints it nowhere else afterwards.
Requesting the game page returns the studio's index instead of a page, which is this publisher's way of saying the game is not out. So there is no return percentage, no ceiling, no grid, no variance rating, no stake range, no hit rate and no feature list.
The name points at the fishing seam the studio works harder than any other, through Big Bass and its many suffixes. A pelican is at least a different animal, which is the sum of what can be read from two words, and reading further would be invention.
It is the second October title to appear on the grid inside a week, after Deep Sea Frenzy on the 5th. Two water-themed games a day apart from a studio that ships four to six a month is unremarkable in itself; what it does mean is that both pages will go up on their release days carrying one figure each, as the previous ten have.
