What we know

Northern Lights Gaming, one of the studios publishing through Games Global, sends a character called Max Spinwell through time. That is nearly the whole of what is documented. Calendars carry it for 18 August 2026, and every field a player would use to judge it — return percentage, top prize, variance band, reel structure, features — sits empty.

Naming a recurring protagonist is a small but telling decision. It is the tactic of a studio trying to build recognition without a licence to lean on, and it works when the games behind it are distinct enough to remember. Games Global's partner studios have not generally managed that — the shared Action Boost and Area Link mechanics tend to flatten individual titles into variations on a lobby tile.

Whether a time-travel theme gives this one a mechanical identity of its own is exactly the question the missing spec sheet leaves open. A recurring character is a marketing asset; it says nothing about how the game plays.

Until figures appear, there is no basis for saying who this suits. Games Global's monthly roadmap format means per-game details often arrive only when the title reaches lobbies, and sometimes not even then.
