What we know

Jammin' Jars is the game that made cluster pays mainstream. Push Gaming released it in 2018 with a 96.83% RTP and a 20,000x ceiling, and the wandering multiplier jar — a symbol that stays on the grid and doubles up through cascades — became one of the most copied mechanics of the following five years.

A Ways version would be a substantial change rather than a reskin. Clusters reward dense clumps of one symbol; ways reward symbols spread across consecutive reels, and the multiplier jar behaves differently in each. Whether the jar still anchors the game is the question that would matter.

It cannot be asked yet, because the game has been announced but not released. Listings gave 14 May, a second gave 20 August, and Bigwinboard describes it as in development with its date marked to be confirmed. No demo is playable and no specification of any kind has surfaced; one aggregator lists an RTP of 0% and a max win of 0x, which is placeholder data rather than a measurement. The date has been removed here until the studio commits to one.

For anyone who played the original to death, this remains the most interesting thing Push has trailed all year. That is not the same as it being playable.
